About the Event
The EEMK 8 March Summit, taking place on March 9, 2026 at Marmara University, is an inspiring gathering that brings together those who want to shape their careers in the field of engineering.
EEMKadın is an initiative dedicated to supporting the multidimensional development of women in engineering, strengthening their professional capabilities and fostering a strong network of solidarity.
Held in recognition of International Women’s Day, the summit creates space for conversations around career journeys, leadership experiences and visibility in the industry.
Our Co-Founder Gizem Gür will take the stage to share her professional experiences and key learnings, reflecting on how her engineering journey has been shaped not only by technical expertise, but also by courage, visibility and leadership responsibility.
The summit aims not only to inform but also to inspire confidence and fresh perspectives.
