Sufle is an AWS Advanced Services Partner that specializes in Cloud, DevOps/DevSecOps, Custom Software Development, and Compliance Services. We help businesses of all scales adapt, implement, and embrace next-gen tech practices through customized solution offerings, managed services, and training at every building block.
We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Customer Success Team, supporting customer relationship management, sales operations, and account development efforts. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are curious about the cloud and technology landscape and want to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Assist with daily customer communications and help maintain a positive experience.
Support preparation of presentations, reports, and proposals.
Help track customer activity and feedback in CRM systems.
Conduct market and competitor research to support team strategy.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support active customer accounts.
Participate in internal meetings and training sessions to build product and service knowledge.
Support the account management team in general operational tasks.
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong interest in technology, cloud computing, and digital business.
Excellent communication skills in English — both written and verbal.
Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
Availability to work at least 3 full days per week.
Detail-oriented and organized in following up tasks and responsibilities.
Familiarity with productivity or collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or Trello.
Previous experience in a university club, startup, student project, or voluntary role involving communication or organization.
Basic understanding of SaaS or cloud technologies is a plus.
A part-time internship (with potential for full-time or longer-term opportunities).
