What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new opportunities and competition status.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Plan and execute business development activities, including networking, meetings, and presentations.
  • Utilize CRM systems to ensure efficient lead management and sales activities tracking.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
  • Work closely with the service delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Drive sales initiatives that align with the company's business goals and objectives.

What We Are Looking For

Required Skills and Experience

  • Required Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the tech industry, particularly in Cloud Services and DevOps.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • BS or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales management tools.

Nice to Have

  • Sales experience specifically in AWS, Cloud Computing, or related services.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a tech-related field.
  • Certifications or courses related to sales, marketing, or technology.
  • Experience with international sales, understanding diverse markets.
  • Strong networking skills within tech and cloud industries.
  • Documented customer success stories showcasing impact.
