For our growing team, we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and organized Project Manager who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, people, and customers. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of project planning and delivery, communicate effectively with both technical teams and customers, and keep projects moving in a structured and transparent way.

As a Project Manager at Sufle, you will work closely with our software, cloud, and DevOps teams to plan and coordinate customer projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for turning customer needs into clear project plans, aligning expectations, tracking progress, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring successful delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Planning and coordinating software, cloud, DevOps/DevSecOps, and custom technology projects together with technical teams

• Working closely with customers to understand their needs, expectations, priorities, and project objectives

• Translating customer requirements into clear project scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and action plans

• Creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, roadmaps, and delivery timelines

• Coordinating day-to-day communication between customers and technical teams and ensuring everyone stays aligned

• Working closely with Software Engineers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

• Tracking project progress, identifying blockers, risks, dependencies, and potential delays, and taking proactive action to address them

• Managing project scope and expectations and ensuring changes are properly evaluated, communicated, and documented

• Facilitating project meetings, planning sessions, status meetings, and retrospectives when needed

• Preparing clear project status updates and communicating progress, risks, issues, and next steps to customers and internal stakeholders

• Following up on action items and ensuring commitments are clearly assigned and completed

• Helping technical teams prioritize and sequence work based on project goals, dependencies, deadlines, and customer priorities

• Identifying potential delivery risks early and working with relevant stakeholders to develop mitigation plans

• Ensuring that project documentation, decisions, requirements, and important project information are kept up to date and accessible

• Supporting estimation and planning activities by working with technical teams to understand effort, dependencies, and delivery constraints

• Helping customers understand technical dependencies, project constraints, trade-offs, and realistic delivery expectations

• Managing multiple projects and priorities while maintaining visibility across timelines, resources, and deliverables

• Continuously improving project management processes, communication practices, and delivery workflows

• Working in an Agile environment and adapting project management practices to the needs of different teams and customers

• Staying curious about emerging technologies and developing enough technical understanding to communicate effectively with engineering teams

What We Are Looking For

Required Skills and Experience

• BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software development, cloud, technology consulting, or a similar environment

• Experience managing technology projects involving software development, cloud, infrastructure, or DevOps teams

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical people

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines

• Ability to create, maintain, and follow up on project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues

• Ability to identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers and take ownership of driving them toward resolution

• Ability to manage customer expectations and communicate project status, challenges, and changes clearly and transparently

• Ability to work effectively with software engineers and technical teams and understand software development workflows

• Basic understanding of software development concepts, including APIs, databases, version control, software architecture, and Agile development practices

• Strong ownership mindset and willingness to take responsibility for project outcomes

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities, requirements, and technologies can evolve

• Strong learning mindset and curiosity about technology and emerging trends

Nice to Have

• Experience managing AWS, Google Cloud, DevOps, or DevSecOps projects

• Experience working with software development teams and understanding the software development life cycle

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Linear, or similar platforms

• Experience with technical project estimation, resource planning, and delivery forecasting

• Familiarity with cloud concepts and services, particularly AWS or Google Cloud

• Familiarity with software architecture, microservices, APIs, databases, CI/CD, or infrastructure concepts

• Experience working with distributed or cross-functional technical teams

• Experience working with B2B customers, technology consulting companies, or software development agencies

• Experience managing multiple customer projects simultaneously

• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM, or similar

• Experience working with AI-powered tools and automation platforms

• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies and their impact on software development and project delivery
